From 10-12 June, Prof. Owlia, Director of International Relations Office and Mr. Mohammad Ghavidel, the Head of International Affairs at Yazd Science and Technology Park, visited the University of Iceland in Reykjavik and met Dr. Eiríkur Hilmarsson, the Director of the University of Iceland Science Park. The Iranian side had separate fruitful meetings with Dr. Einar O Mantyla, project manager of University Division of Science and Innovation; Prof. Thorarinn Gudjonsson, Chairman of board of directors of Biomedical Center (BMC); and Mr. Oli O Eiriksson, project manager of Reykjavik Science City from the Municipality.

Established in 1911, the University of Iceland is one of the 250 best universities in the World according to Times Higher Education.
