Prof. Arkadiusz Jawień delivered a lecture on the clinical applications of artificial intelligence in clinical sciences at the 11th International Congress and Student Awards of Reproductive Medicine and Reproductive Genetics, 15-17 May, 2025.
In addition to his presentation, Professor Jawień met with a group of cardiologists at Shahid Sadoughi Hospital on May 16, to discuss recent advancements in the field and explore opportunities for future collaboration.
Prof. Arkadiusz Jawień is the Head of the Department of Vascular Surgery and Angiology at the Faculty of Medicine, Collegium Medicum. He is also the co-founder and Director of the Centre for Medical Education in English at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun, Collegium Medicum in Poland. His specialties include general surgery, vascular surgery, and angiology. Prof. Jawień has been awarded the Gloria Medicinae Medal, the highest distinction granted by the Polish Medical Society in 2023.
