Shohadaye Mehrab Specialty and Subspecialty Hospital in Yazd is one of the key medical centers affiliated with Shahid Sadoughi University of Medical Sciences. It is the only specialized burn center in Yazd province officially established in 1982.

The initial idea for the hospital began in 1980, with the aim of providing dedicated services to patients suffering from burn injuries. The hospital launched with core departments including Burn Care, Outpatient Clinic, and Operating Room.

Over the years, the hospital expanded its services by adding departments such as Dermatology and Reconstructive Surgery, Emergency, and Aesthetic Surgery. Also, the specialty and subspecialty outpatient clinic was inaugurated in 2014.

In recent years, the construction of a new hospital building was completed, featuring advanced Burn Units, a dedicated Burn Intensive Care Unit (BICU), and modern operating theaters—significantly increasing the hospital’s capacity and enhancing the quality of care.

Today, Shohadaye Mehrab Hospital provides comprehensive services in the fields of burn care, general surgery, reconstructive surgery, dermatology, and cosmetic procedures. With experienced medical staff, specialized departments, and modern facilities, the hospital proudly serves patients from across Iran and international destinations.
