Deadlines:
To register for the first semester (starting in September): Apply by July 31 (Mordad 10).
To register for the second semester (starting in February): Apply by November 31 (Azar 10).
Application Process
Prepare the Required Documents
Download and complete the SSU Application Form, then email the following documents to international@ssu.ac.ir:
- Completed and signed Application Form
- Scanned degree certificates
- Scanned academic transcript (of records)
- Scanned passport or identification card
Attend the Interview
The International Relations Office will review the submitted documents, followed by the Department of Education. If approved, the applicant will be invited to an interview.
- The interview will be conducted online via Google Meet.
- It consists of two parts:
- General questions about personal and educational background, motivations, language proficiency, and computer skills.
- Subject-specific questions related to the applicant’s chosen field, assessed by a relevant professor.
Receive the Admission Letter
If the applicant is deemed qualified, a time-limited admission letter will be sent via email to the applicant or the designated agency.
Sign the Financial Agreement and Accommodation Rules
Print, read carefully, sign the Financial Agreement and Accommodation Rules, and email the scanned copies to international@ssu.ac.ir.
The applicant must submit the original copies of these documents in person during the registration process.
Receive the SAORG Code
- Complete the SAORG (Student Affairs Organization) form at: https://old.saorg.ir/Application.php
- Before filling out the form, refer to the visual guideline.
- After submission, you will receive a SAORG tracking code.
- Send the SAORG code to international@ssu.ac.ir.
Obtain Final Approval
- The International Relations Office will verify your SAORG code and coordinate with MOHME for final approval.
- Once finalized, the approval status will be communicated to the applicant or the designated student exchange agency.
