Yazd Non-Communicable Diseases Research Institute was established in 2021 by integrating research centers specializing in cardiology, endocrinology, nursing and midwifery care, hematology and oncology, social determinants of health, and addiction and behavioral sciences. The institute plays a pivotal role in conducting research on the above mentioned non-communicable diseases, while also advancing medical research and graduate education in the country.
