About us
The School of Paramedical Sciences was founded in 1985. At first its activities were limited to training students in medical laboratory sciences, anesthesia, operating room technology and radiology in Associate Degree. In 2006 Medical Emergencies Technology was added to the above mentioned fields.

Mission
The mission of the School of Paramedical Sciences is to empower the human resources through providing the best education and research opportunities for training efficient practitioners in paramedical sciences. The main strategies of this school include:
- Offering educational, specialized and practical services in basic medical and paramedical sciences, including laboratory sciences, operating room, anesthesiology, imaging technologies, emergency medical services, and biotechnology.
- Training qualified and innovative students up to Master’s level
- Conducting scientific and practical projects for promoting the knowledge of faculties as well as optimizing diagnostic and therapeutic methods
- Expanding interdisciplinary collaboration with other schools in order to present required disciplines in preclinical sciences and paramedical fields.
