AMSA Iran has expanded its activities by establishing 20 local chapters (Locals) in various cities. Each local is led by a secretary. Other team members of the local chapter include:

Asian Medical Students’ Exchange Program: Plans and manages domestic and international student exchanges.
External Affairs
Responsible for international issues of the AMSA team.

Handles national-level issues.
Medical Education
Enhances education in medicine and related fields and updates educational content through international collaboration.
Global Health
Works to improve public health.
Research and Innovation
Trains and educates medical students in research, provides support and facilities, and facilitates participation in international congresses.
Publications
Publishes scientific content gathered by the team.
Finance
Manages financial affairs of the team.
Public Relations
Expands outreach both nationally and internationally.
